Best Western Garden Inn - Santa Rosa

We had a very nice stay for a business trip.

The room of this place was reasonably large and newly decorated with garden views. The hotel was in a central setting in the automotive transmission district.

Truly enjoyed my REALLY NICE stay for a business trip. I've booked double room with large bathrooms and everything was great. All the staff was very friendly and decent, fixed my issues. The breakfast was really tasty and delicious with ham, pancakes and sausage and had something for everyone. This accommodation had a central setting to 2 specific areas for medical appointments. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Firestone Bay.

Easy check in and late check out. Pet-friendly and well-appointed room and good facilities. Delicious breakfast selection for all tastes with french toast, pancakes and ham. Nice swimming pool and comfy and perfect location near all sorts of shopping, Fairgrounds and downtown and many stores nearby.

Basically clean, but at the edge of the ground an empty syringe was found.

The room was large and comfortable with everything that I needed.

The internet access was extremely slow and non-existent at times.

It was a great value and close to wine country without the huge price. Being so close to favorite restaurants, as well as freeway on and off ramps was a huge plus. The rooms were quiet and beautifully decorated. The pool, while close to the main street, was beautiful with comfortable furniture. We will stay there again.

The only thing I can think of is the taste the ice vending machine gave to the ice cubes -- a small thing.

Had a blast with friends! We explored craft brews and enjoyed live music at Old Courthouse Square. The area has lots of fun events, including family activities and the annual Grape Stomp at the Fairgrounds. The place itself is well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up, water bottles were only provided on the first day. We had a comfy stay and would come back!

Unfortunately, I did have an unpleasant moment when the receptionist on duty denied us breakfast. She insisted on the one-person rule despite paying for extra breakfast. It really impacted the experience over something small.

The guy on the reception desk was exceptionally friendly. The place was easy to find, the room was equipped with a microwave which we found helpful.

Nothing, I'd like to come back. Ok it's a motel, but in its class it's excellent.

The bw Garden Inn is extremely well kept, it's lean and functional. I really Iked the breakfast cafe which was extremely good value and perfectly good food and service. We were greeted at reception with a list and map of local restaurants which was very thoughtful ....... as a result we had a really good vegetarian meal at East West.

Nothing .....I was surprised to find it is a motel rather than an hotel but that wasn't a problem for us.

The place for breakfast was good, clean, good service, good food at a reasonable price.

Thought the outside looked rather scruffy & off-putting, although room clean. Not a particularly great area as not much in the way of decent restaurants or bars around. We wouldn't go again.

The room was more than I expected - very roomy, comfortable, clean. Location was excellent for freeway on ramps/exits and downtown shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place suits me perfectly. It has free wi-fi, a heated swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with currency exchange recommendations, a great help. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

We loved that it was so quiet and comfortable. The pool was just perfect after a long day on the road.
